Dr. Sampson is an experienced real estate broker and investor, with a commitment to successfully advocating for her clients. A native of the Washington, D.C. area, she actively pursues professional and personal development to stay current on progressing market trends, policy efforts, and programming, to provide the best service possible. She is not only a licensed real estate broker but has served as both a teacher and school administrator which contributes to her commitment to client care.
With a strong passion for helping people build wealth through real estate, Dr. Sampson specializes in both

commercial transactions—providing clients with expert guidance whether they’re buying their first home, upgrading, investing, or growing a business. As a licensed real estate broker with years of experience, she understands that each client has unique needs. Her goal is to provide customized, high-touch service with transparency, integrity, and results. She combines deep local market knowledge with data-driven strategies to help buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners achieve their goals.
Her vision of opening Innovative Touch Realty, is to provide the community with expert agents who ethically practice managing clients' very important real estate business. She believes that by fostering community engagement and exercising personal touches, clients will experience the very best real estate service.
In her spare time Dr. Sampson serves as an Executive director of a nonprofit organization- STEM Career Pre, who seeks to empower students through mentoring and strives to empower all young people who are interested in STEM through exposure to STEM career fields. She also enjoys holding workshops for numerous groups in her community , including but not limited to teachers, first responders, 55 and older community seekers, and active military professionals.
Dr. Sampson is the proud mother of 3 children. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, watching competitive sports, and outdoor activities with her family.
